There's a problem with my awesome Phantoms shirt, what can I do?
Well, that’s simple. Write us and tell us what’s wrong, if something went wrong in the screen printing process and you want another one or you got the wrong size by accident let us know! We’ll make sure it gets back to you asap. If your dog took a crap on the floor and you used the shirt to clean it up, there’s nothing we can do there. That’s an issue you need to take up with your dog’s FAQ.
I really want a guy's size Phantoms shirt with the PINK logo, can I get one?
Honestly, we’re not down with dudes wearing pink BUT, since it’s “the new black” just email us and if we get more than one or two we can try and run some off during our next batch of shirts. That’s the best we can do at this time, though we should be making an all size soon enough.
